Robert Mango

Rob Mango is a working artist in TriBeCa, the owner of the Robert Mango Gallery in New York City and the author of the upcoming self-published book, 100 Paintings: An Artist’s Life in New York City. For more than 40 years, he has been an internationally exhibited painter and sculptor. Mango’s work has been extensively collected in both the private and corporate spheres. He has participated in several solo exhibitions across New York, Illinois, New Mexico, Prague, Paris and Tuscany. Mango and his artwork have been featured in such publications as The New York Times, Art in America, Art News and Things Worth Describing. A native of Chicago, Mango received a BFA for
painting from the University of Illinois and a MFA for sculpture. He attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of New Mexico for painting. In 1975, Mango presented his works of art at the One Man Painting Exhibition in the
Krannert Art Museum in Champaign, Illinois.
